Job Description:
o Provide quality customer service to all customers and prospective customers. The individual will view this customer contact as an opportunity to promote and refer the banks products and services.
o Responsible for balancing their cash drawer daily.
o Responsible for receiving and processing all teller transactions. Perform this daily on a professional, timely, accurate and efficient manner. (i.e. Receive and process checking and savings accounts, receive and process commercial and individual deposit and withdraw request; Issue and receive payments for various checks (Official checks and money orders); receive and process loan payments, daily mail transactions; redeem savings bonds, open night depository and process items.
o Keep current on First National Bank’s systems, procedures, policies and products.
o Works closely with all other tellers and bank personnel to assure superior customer service; efficient, effective operations and security.
o Responsible for counting, rolling and bagging coin. Requires lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.
o Provides input to supervisors regarding policies, procedures, security and marketing to help achieve bank and individual goals.
o Is accountable for knowing, understanding and complying with First National Bank’s security policy, privacy policy and procedures for the protection of the customers, employees and bank.
o Responsible for identifying sales opportunities and referring business to staff members.

Job Requirements:
o High School diploma or equivalent is required.
o Excellent communication skills required.
o Sales ability and motivation to help customers meet their financial needs are required.
o Customer service background and /or customer service skills are required.
o The ability to add, subtract, multiply and work with percentages is required.
o Previous cash handling and/or retail sales experience is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time or Part-Time
Work Location: In person
Schedule: Monday – Friday with some Saturdays
FT Pay: $31,200 to 36,400
PT Pay: 15,600 to $17,836
