There are a lot of possible scams, especially after your lender files your mortgage. Companies watch for new mortgages and then try to contact you via mail stating their services are available. They make it look legitimate by using your recent mortgage company in the letter….but the fine print says “we are not associated with your lender” - Always use caution and reach out if you have questions!

Residents in town are getting these scam notices via mail. Do not call and do not respond. Only new built homes have special warranty offers. You have home owners insurance for a reason!

We know depositing or cashing checks may be more inconvenient during this construction period. The good news? In 2027, we'll be introducing Remote Deposit Capture, allowing you to deposit checks right from your smartphone or computer—anytime, from virtually anywhere!
