He's always been effective at communicating, finding resolutions to any snags during the purchase process and going above and beyond for buyer clients. Even in this last closing he got the buyer a credit that helped the buyer still purchase his new home. I'm thankful for Angel even with underwiters or appraisers being a lot more strict on property conditions regardless of loan type/program.
