Exciting Market Update! 📈

November's CPI Report reflected additional cooling inflation, driving 10-year yields down into the mid to low 4s. Average rates dropped three-quarters of a percent, sparking positive market responses.

As we close out the year, we're not just celebrating these shifts but also looking forward to the future with even more optimism. 🏡💼

Through this project, we are able to offer VictorE buyers a 3/2/1 rate buydown, which means significantly lower rates over the next several years to combat today’s current rates!

Through this partnership, we are able to offer VictorE buyers a 3/2/1 rate buydown, which means that instead of today's 30-year rate of 7.75%, buyers are able to lock in rates similar to the below:

Year 1: 4.75%
Year 2: 5.75%
Year 3: 6.75%
Year 4-30: 7.75%

💻Market Update Recap: Fed announced that rates would be kept unchanged at
Wednesday's meeting.

Although this was not surprising, we were surprised to see the Fed move out their projections for how long they intend to keep rates higher. 📈

💡Market Update Recap: Core CPI came in hotter than previously anticipated, but keep in mind this excludes food and energy.

In terms of new, the market is relatively flat, but people are still eager to see where inflation goes from here.

Retail sales numbers came in a bit higher than expected as well but I anticipate that to slow in the coming months with credit card debt reaching all time highs and student loans coming out of forebearance 📈
