•Type 45+ WPM
•Basic computer abilities
•Handling & responding promptly to incoming calls, emails/text, & online chats

What to Expect:

•We DON’T sell cars, but we engage with people looking to buy cars. What we DO sell are appointments to visit the dealership. Most of the customers we speak with are excited at the prospect of getting a new car, which makes the day go by faster & feel positive.
•Training is thorough. We will demonstrate how to create engagement & have positive, value-adding conversations, as well as how to operate all systems. This is a team-based job where we rely on each other for help & support. We serve 6 major brand area dealerships (CDJR, Honda, INFINITI, Subaru, Mercedes-Benz, & Audi).
Schedule:
•This is a full-time position.
•Tentative schedule: Tue-Sat 10-7pm
•21 day training schedule: Mon-Fri 8-5pm or 9-6pm
Note: In-office training is required for 1-2 weeks, however, will consider remote training after week 1 on a case by case basis.
Compensation:
•Starting at $22 an hour
Our compensation structure for this role is almost unheard of in the industry. We offer a competitive rate of pay with the expectation of outstanding performance while providing our customers with transformational, not transactional service. If you are just looking for a carrot to chase from month to month, this may not be the right role for you.
