Vegas was special this week 🎰✈️

I got to spend real time in the field with our Vegas squad and do what I love most:

Building people!

Over the last few days with my Vegas team, I:

✅ Trained live small business drop-ins without sounding “salesy”
✅ Worked on how to properly secure second appointments
✅ Ran through in-home presentations
✅ Broke down communication, leadership, posture, and servant leadership in the field
✅ Ended it all with a great team dinner and welcomed 2 new business partners to the Vegas team 🙏🏻

One thing I will always believe is that leadership is not barking orders from a distance.

Leadership is being willing to get in the trenches with your people and show them exactly how it’s done.

And when I see people hungry, coachable, and serious about changing their lives, I will gladly get on a plane and pour into them personally.

Question is:
Will your leader fly halfway across the United States to personally help you build your business in person? 👀

The craziest part?

From this trip alone, we generated access to well over 7-figures worth of small business owner relationships interested in learning more about what we do.

Momentum is building, and I am proud of this team.

🚨 Red Flag 🚨

We are wired so wrong.

Oftentimes, we will insure things that will likely never pay us a return… like car insurance, phone insurance, extended warranties, etc.

But when it comes to our LIFE, the one thing that will always matter to the people we leave behind, many people choose not to protect it.

🚨 Not for their family.
🚨 Not for unexpected illnesses.
🚨 Not for emergency expenses.
🚨 Not for their legacy.

The problem is that most people think they are “too young” to get life insurance.

In reality, youth and health are usually what make it more affordable and easier to qualify for.

Another major misconception is relying entirely on work provided life insurance.

That can become a trap.

✨️Something major has been happening behind the scenes, and after a lot of prayer, reflection, and preparation, I’ve made the decision to officially step away from the precious metals industry and into a new chapter of my life and business.

Many of you became far more than clients. You became friends, supporters, referral partners, and people I genuinely care deeply about.

I’ll forever be grateful for the relationships, lessons, and memories that came from this chapter.

The transition officially takes place on June 1st, 2026.

My business partner Erik will officially be taking over and leading the precious metals business, continuing to serve you all with integrity, communication, and high-level care. Same channels, same place, same guy that was always behind the scenes, he is just stepping into the ownership position.

As for Myself?

I’ll be pursuing my securities licensing as I continue helping families build, protect, and preserve wealth at a deeper level, while expanding the capacity in which I can serve you 🤝🏻
