I’m excited to announce that the 2014 Darrian-Hicks Family Reunion will be hosted in the historical city of Augusta,
Georgia. The dates will be Thursday July 31, 2014 to Sunday August 3, 2014. We will
be reconnecting with family members that you have not seen in years and introduced to some you may not know. When all God’s children get together we are going to have a good time! There will be a lot

of fun activities planned
during this weekend, so please make yourself available. Registration for this reunion will take place on Thursday evening and conclude on Sunday morning with a farewell
breakfast and church services. We are planning three fun filled days together that will provide family members an
opportunity to spend time together, get to know one another and build relationships that will last a lifetime. It has been quite some time since our last Reunion, so we encourage everyone to register on Facebook’s Darrian-
HicksFamilyReunion2014. This website will serve as our means of communication as we plan this reunion and future
reunions. During this planning phase, the family will be participating in many pre-reunion events. Please feel free to
post photos, and visit the website to stay updated on all family events, and possible changes to the reunion. I truly
hope that everyone that receives this letter will make plans to attend the Darrian-Hicks Family Reunion. Start
spreading the word! Feel free to share this page with other family members we may have inadvertently missed. Please complete the response card included in this pre-registration packet. We need a response no later than October

make adequate plans for your attendance. More information concerning the reunion will be posted or sent to you after
we have received this information. It is our dream that our future generations will continue to strengthen the bonds built from the Darrian-Hicks Reunion

Half Page: $50
Full Page: $100

All request must be in by May 31,2014.

The Darrian-Hicks Family Reunion 2014 Committee is selling raffle tickets at $5. The drawing will take place during the Reunion Banquet on 2 August 2014.

There are three prizes up for grabs:

2nd Place: $50 Gift Certificate
1st Place: 32 inch Flat Screen Television

All profits go towards the Darrian-Hicks Family Reunion.

The time for the Darrian-Hicks Family Reunion 2014 is drawing near, and if you have not paid your fees for the event please send it in as soon as possible. As for, the venues and food will require to be paid for well in advance. Adult fee: $75.00; Child fee: (Ages 4-12) $25.00; Children 3 years old and younger will be free.
The Reunion Committee wants thank you in advance for your swift participation.
