Pretty easy decision on which one I am picking. It takes less than 20 mins to setup an account and get the transfer going. That 20 mins could make you several hundred $$$. I bet your hourly pay at your job is far less than that.

“Retirement” to a lot of people means 60+ years old. Retirement is really about having enough money to not have to work a “job” anymore. Use this example as a way to help finding how much money you need saved/invested to “retire”. We are halfway to our number but will most likely pull the trigger and quit all corporate work next year to work on passion projects. This example is a good first start. You should deep dive into your situation and figure out the taxes and how much you have in pre and post tax investments.

Such a simple thing that most people don’t do. Freezing your credit prevents helps prevent fraud and keeps your credit safe. It takes just minutes to freeze and unfreeze should you need to.

Hit a major milestone last week. $500k in investments! Most of this work was done years ago and it has just been growing and growing. Very grateful for our past us for investing early and often. We have not contributed to any investment account about 18 months because we moved abroad. Instead of investing we have been spending money on travel and added to savings for when we move again and one day buy a new home. We could now never invest again and have millions when we reach “retirement” age. Next step $1 million net worth!
