Today marks the end of an extraordinary chapter at Associated Credit Union as our CEO, C. Lin Hodges, begins his well-earned retirement after 46 remarkable years with ACU.
Throughout his leadership, Lin has always believed that ACU’s greatest strength is its people. He often speaks proudly of our “world-class staff,” and the culture of service, compassion, and commitment behind those words reflects the example he has set.
His impact reaches far beyond the walls of ACU. It can be seen in the employees he encouraged, the members he supported, and the communities he invested in. Under his leadership, ACU has continued to grow while remaining grounded in what matters most: Employees, Members, and Community.
After 46 years of service, Lin leaves behind a legacy that is deeply woven into who we are as an organization. While today may be his last day as CEO, the values and the culture he helped build will continue to shape ACU for years to come.
Lin, thank you for your leadership, your vision, and your belief in the people who make ACU what it is. Your world-class staff will miss you tremendously, and we are proud to carry your legacy forward.
