I went to GAMLS Training Institute to obtain my License in Real Estate. After a year with Remax of Jonesboro, became an Investor, mostly doing “fixer uppers”. Now I am a Wholesaler Investor and

consulting agent. After taking some time off from everything due to near fatal car accident, I am now ready to continue to be in something I love to do. Real Estate is not something that grew on me. I discover the passion right away while in the classroom. And then I started doing actual work in it. Helping clients find their dream home, helping Sellers sell their investment properties and representing investors make the most for their dollar, it was a thrill I never knew I had for this career. I will be in Real Estate for as long as I am able.

Can't sleep. Found a deal with 102K spread. Can't make the call about it till Monday morning. Will I be the first caller?, will my bid make it? Money on my mind, deal making process, creating ways and strategies of doing this deal. Just can't sleep.
