The LLC owner/member with at least 25% ownership must be the primary borrower and sign the security instruments in their capacity as an owner/member
- Layered or holding entities are not allowed. The owner has to be
traced to a natural person, the primary borrower
- LLC must be valid and, in the U.S.
- LLC must have no more than 4 owners/members
