I lost my business partner. He called me while in the hospital bed the last few days of his life. I asked him if he wanted to pray and if he wanted to accept Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior and he said yes!
I met Chris in the beginning and during the process of my journey into becoming an entrepreneur. Chris believed in me from day one when I was introduced to him. This man set a platform where I could learn, grow, advance and succeed. He gave me everything I needed in order to succeed and said “Figure it out” “All I can offer for the next five years is funding to finance everything”. He invested in me genuinely as well as the company. He gave me 30 days to find us a shipper before he entered into a partnership with me. Chris financed every dime under this entity while I worked and build it from the ground up. This was our agreement until he could retire this year-but unfortunately he is no longer here with us. Chris played a very significant important role in my journey and made an impact in my life. I had no money when I met him. My drive, honesty, respect, willingness and commitment is what I brought to the table and that was enough for him. I wouldn’t be where I am today if it wasn’t for his sacrifices and the opportunity. I’m so grateful for it all. So much left unsaid. Although you won’t be here to see the final results of your support, labor and seeds sown. I will carry this company into the next dimension. You will be truly missed.
