This is NOT a Basic Virtual Assistant Role
This is a client-facing leadership and operations coordination role designed for professionals who can confidently manage people, systems, workflows, and client relationships.
You will work directly with:
• U.S. business owners
• Virtual workers assigned to client accounts
• Internal iCare financial leadership
Your mission is to ensure virtual workers are successfully onboarded, productive, organized, and fully integrated into the businesses they support.

Key Responsibilities
• Guide businesses through virtual worker onboarding and integration
• Help clients organize workflows, tasks, and responsibilities
• Help virtual workers understand systems, expectations, and priorities
• Monitor communication, progress, and task completion
• Coordinate effectively between clients and virtual workers
• Identify opportunities for virtual workers to take on expanded responsibilities
• Keep onboarding and integration organized during early-stage ramp-up and ongoing operations
• Improve internal systems and operational processes over time
• Maintain strong client relationships through proactive support

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• Experience working with U.S. clients or business owners
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Professional and confident communication style
• Experience managing people, projects, workflows, or client accounts
• Comfortable using CRMs, Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, and task management systems
• Ability to multitask across multiple accounts
• Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving ability
• Stable internet connection and professional remote work environment
