Welcome 2023! We wish all our Real Estate Friends a prosperous new year! With the new year, we have new goals. We currently own a few rental properties and plan to add to our portfolio through our Nailed It Rentals, LLC. With Nailed It Real Estate Solutions, LLC we are changing our focus to private lending. We have provided funding for several local investors over the past 4 years. Currently all our funds are tied up in loans, which is how we'd like to keep it.
