This year instead of setting goals and resolutions for the entire year, I decided to take notes from The 12 Year Week & focus on achieving more in 12 weeks (not by quarters either) than outlining goals for an entire year. As someone who suffers from anxiety & a hyper creative mind, this strategy has been the most helpful. I've been more intentional and consistent with hitting goals.
