Meet Damon Kindred, a sales leader whose experience and steady approach have made an impact at Silverton!

As Regional Builder Manager, Damon supports builder relationships across Chafin Communities, Goodall Homes, Highland Homes, and Harris Doyle Homes. His role focuses on strengthening connections, supporting sales teams, and helping create a smooth experience throughout the homebuying process for both builders and buyers.

With 25 years in the mortgage industry, Damon brings a wealth of knowledge and perspective to his role. What he enjoys most about Silverton is the stability it offers, along with its strong support for employees’ long-term career growth.

Outside of work, Damon enjoys spending quality time with family, especially his kids and grandkids. He is also a big sports fan and enjoys cooking in his spare time. Giving back is important to Damon, and he is passionate about supporting organizations that help develop and encourage underprivileged children and teens. For him, investing in the next generation is one of the most meaningful ways to strengthen a community.
