Our Advocate team (and special guest 😍) had a blast at Your 3rd Spot supporting the UnitedHealthcare Children’s Foundation!

We enjoyed lawn games, lots of laughs, and great team bonding while learning about UHCCF’s important work, funding grants for children across the country.

It was a great reminder of how much impact the work we do every day can have on our clients. Families don’t need another thing to worry about, especially large or unexpected medical bills, and that’s where our Advocate team can really shine. We help them navigate healthcare challenges and access to the care their families need!

Most health insurance plans do cover physical therapy, but many include a set number of visits each year (often 20–30). Some plans combine these visits with other therapies, like OT or speech. Once you hit that limit, additional visits may not be covered unless an exception is approved.

What to do:
- Check your Summary of Benefits for your visit limit
- Talk with your provider about pacing care
- Ask your provider about requesting additional visits if needed

Knowing your limits now helps you plan ahead and avoid unexpected costs.

A Dependent Care Account lets you set aside pre-tax dollars specifically for eligible childcare costs, reducing your taxable income and stretching your family’s budget further.

Eligible summer childcare expenses include:
✅ Day camps
✅ Summer programs that provide care while parents work
✅ Before-care and after-care programs connected to summer camps
(Overnight camps are not eligible. Eligibility follows your plan rules.)

Some of us took “Creating Super Fans” a little too seriously at TRUE Learning Academy in Minneapolis 😂

Intrepid’s biggest superfan, John Monaghan, showed up dressed as our very own agency leader Liz Frayer. The resemblance (and the commitment) was next-level. Best costume award, Scott Smith?

Beyond the legendary costumes, we got to hear from talented leaders who know how to celebrate their team, embody outstanding customer service, and make the hard conversations build up relationships instead of tear them down.

We’re back in ATL feeling re-energized, inspired, and with “Purple Rain” stuck in our heads.
