Mary Ann has a dear place in my heart.

Mary Ann is a wife, a devoted mother and is very successful in corporate America.

When she first came to Safe Haven, her goal was to become stronger, gain energy and to tone her body in key areas.

What she has been able to achieve has been remarkable.

Mary Ann is stronger, more toned and has lost some key pounds.

What’s been really impressive about Mary Ann’s transformation is that her habit of fitness has transferred to other areas of her life.

Mary Ann and I had a conversation about leadership.   She has close to 200 people she has to lead.

The energy she gets from her workouts allows her to be a better leader for her people.

She started with just one work, and now every time I see her wrap up her 6am session, she hops on the spin bike for extra cardio before she goes home and drops her daughters off to school.

Please show some love and Congratulate Mary Ann for showing up for herself, and showing up for the people that she cares about! ❤🎉🥳🤗🔥💃🏽
