Have any of you heard all the noise about the new "HARP" and HARP-2 mortgage programs the government rolled out March 1, 2012?
This thing is fabulous. It should help 70% of the home owners in this country refinance their mortgages to take advantage of the current low rates.
It doesn't matter if you owe more than your home's current appraised value. (Boy hasn't that fallen lately). You can refinance what you owe and do it without an appraisal.
