Heat can affect judgment, reaction time, and coordination before someone realizes there is a problem. Water, cooling breaks, and checking on each other are not extras. They are part of doing the job safely.

🌤️ Schedule demanding work during cooler hours when possible

👀 Watch for dizziness, confusion, weakness, heavy sweating, or unusual behavior

And check on the coworker who always says, “I’m fine.” We all know that person.
