I can't get over how sweet this closing was!

Buying a house and preparing for a baby is not for the weak and can be incredibly stressful.

A $500K list price is only one piece of the story.

Two homes can look almost identical online: same area, similar condition, same price point...etc., but the actual deal can be very different once you factor in seller concessions, closing cost help, rate buy-downs, repairs, and negotiation room.
