We held the first “Leader Link” session of 2022 on January 27, 2022, hosted by Anshu Singh, TPA Leader at Infosys McCamish. As part of the Leader Link series, which aims to build connections to organizational leaders outside of business strategy and operations, Anshu shared personal and professional experiences and the lessons learned along the way. It was a great conversation, with Anshu providing insight on everything from work/life balance, dealing with change, being open to opportunity, getting comfortable with public speaking, and being successful as a woman leader. We look for forward to connecting with more of our Infosys McCamish leaders throughout 2022.

We held the second “Leader Link” session recently which was hosted by Thoths (Thothathri Visvanathan), COO - Infosys McCamish. As a part of this series, which aims to create constant and beyond work touchpoints with the leadership, the team was thrilled to listen to the stories that Thoths shared. He talked about experiences from his childhood till date touching upon both personal and professional references and also the learnings that came along with it. The teams found the session very motivational, exciting and fun.

The Infosys McCamish Leadership team participated in a 2 days offsite on Oct 19 and Oct 20, 2021 under the leadership of Rich Magner, CEO & MD, Infosys McCamish. The team reflected on the current state of business with regards to technology platforms and service solutions in the financial services industry, laid down the path for the upcoming quarters and set the McCamish priorities for the next financial year. On the lighter side, we hiked, dined and welcomed the new team members.

We held the first “Leader Link”, hosted by Rich Magner (CEO and MD Infosys McCamish). Leader Links are part coffee talk, part storytelling session, part ask me anything (AMA), and part virtual meet and greet that aim to provide a platform for all to connect with the leaders for the employees in McCamish, Americas. In the inaugural session, Rich shared his professional background and experience, his perspective on the future of the service and platforms industry, and how we need to focus on continuing to improve our value to our customers. At the end of the session, we also engaged in a Q&A round wherein Rich provided his perspectives on future success measures, external market focus and the shift in the working models.

“We had a Power Girl Connect (PGC) program for our Infosys McCamish Systems NGIN women team members that was addressed by Thothathri Visvanathan V(COO, VP McCamish), Baskar Sridharan(AVP - Senior Product Line Manager), Mamta Thapliyal (HR Business Leader - Americas), Ramanath Shanbhag(AVP - Senior Principal Technology Architect). Thoths appreciated team for all their effort and the resilience which they have shown in these unprecedented times, Mamta shared her success mantra of 4Ps of life(Purpose, Passion, Pillar and Play), Ramnath spoke about the 3 “S” which are very crucial in our life (To be Smart, Speed and Scale up), and Baskar energized the whole event with his motivational words.

A fun activity was planned and team members came forward and shared their experiences and passion for their hobbies. We all had a great time”

350+ employees participated in this Virtual Town Hall for McCamish Offshore. We had Richard Magner(CEO, VP - Business Head McCamish), Thothathri V(COO, VP McCamish), Baskar Sridharan(AVP - Senior Product Line Manager), Clifford Mohan Pai(VP - HR Business Leader and Head - Employee Relations,) Karpagam Iyer(AVP - Senior Program Manager), Mamta Thapliyal (HR Business Leader - Americas)Ksh*tij Kamal(Senior Delivery Manager)and Ruchi Dubey(HR Business Manager, FSHIL & McCamish) leading from the front. Richard gave us insights about the quarter gone by and also emphasized that our strength is our employees. Two key takeaways were” To Be Creative” and “Try something new that will enable us to be a game changer in the market”. Thothathri spoke about continuous learnings is the key to success .Clifford shed some light on how we have to change our approach and be adaptable to the current situation.. We had an overwhelming number of 300+ enthusiastic global participants as a part of an external session by Piyuesh Modi ✍️💡, a speaker/facilitator/visual storyteller. The participants drew their visual stories along with Piyuesh as he explained how anybody can learn to visualize business stories for a better impact. He visually shared by drawing the three-step journey - to build visual vocabulary, master the art of visual storytelling, and finally visually facilitate the ideation process.
