This is a very interesting article. The article even makes some recomendations but I really feel that is an irresponsible move. The article is still a good read but everybody is different. Because of that, Blanket recommendations can't be made. Recommendations can only be made once someone knows your health history and any perscription drugs you are on, your age, your financial status, how many loved ones you have, your marrial status, the climate of your estate and what you want to do right now. Trying to set a blanket "This is best and this is worst", even on general terms really helps no one! But it is still a good article to get you thinking about what you want to do.
