• Co-Signers: During the "Additional Applicants" step, you must enter your parent/guarantor’s email address. This will automatically send them the link to complete their portion.

• The House: The Lotta Home is a 4-bedroom scholarship house featuring a study/huddle room, private deck, and professional cleaning twice a month. All utilities and high-speed Wi-Fi are included in your rent.

Do I need to apply separately?
Yes. For security and credit reporting purposes, every applicant over 18 must have their own RentSpree account and separate email address. You will apply as the Guarantor/Co-signer. 
What financial documents are required?

To verify the guarantee, please upload the following directly to your RentSpree dashboard:
• If Employed: Pay stubs from the last 2 months.
• If Self-Employed: Signed tax forms from the last 2 years.

Will there be a credit check?
Yes. A background and credit check (powered by TransUnion) will be completed for both the student and the parent. This is a "soft check" and will not impact your credit score.

Is co-signing mandatory?
Yes, all student leases at The Lotta Home require a parent or legal guardian to co-sign the application as a financial guarantor.
