I know we promised 90% of our business would be affordable homes, but remember 10% will be custom homes. We will be building the Holloway House on Henderson Mill Rd in Atlanta, GA. Once finished it will be valued at over $1M, total cost including land is currently projected to be $595k. Thanks for all the support!

Every morning I write on my board the thoughts for the day and to do list.

Me: Once they understand the social impact of backed by Affordable Housing.... Not to mention they have excessive funds and would enjoy receiving a 100% capital gains discount after 10 years...

Myself: These guys have the land and a small budget to address the problem. With the advancements in Transportation As A Service, we can buy land further away for a lower cost and still provide access to transportation.

I: Believe that if we all partner together we can seriously address the global social challenge of , address and provide our investors with a handsome return on their investment. This is a business model that can be replicated worldwide and will allow us to become the global leader of Affordable Housing.

The customers will come in droves because of our strategic partnerships. We'll accept security deposit insurance from Rhino. We are establishing a floor using a Participating Whole Life Policy wrapped in an irrevocable trust. The compounding interest will ensure that in unprecedented time we will not have to evict residents.
