Sooooooooo....
Today was the last day on the lease of the tenant we inherited. Had to be the calm headed one in this situation.
We will use this moment as a learning opportunity.
Her and her family lived here for 25 years. They left everything on the side of house.
By the way, guess who decides to pull up, Code Enforcement!
Wife thinks the tenant called them on us.
