Did y'all know 56,000 Home Deals Fell Through in June 2024?
People were shocked about the additional closing cost because of the daily interest rate changes. Life changes happen like death or births. Lost of jobs. Illness or Sickness- maybe from seeing the mortgage price at the table. 🤣😜 ( Let me be serious) Oh and let's not forget these darn Insurance rates that went up on January 1, 2024.
This is the biggest amount in HISTORY! That is 15% of everyone who was at the closing table to buy a house.
20% of homes had a price cut because the homes are now sitting. HEY, what happened to all the cash buyers? Where ya at?
Can you say, MOTIVATED SELLERS!?
I told y'all last year and earlier this year to be patient. Prices will lower at the end of 2024, and the interest and home prices will come down. I also called my old apartment and the rent is lower. Since most newer apartments now base their rates on market value, the apartment prices fluctuate too.
This is CRAZY! Ohhhh baby! Can you say recession coming- No matter who is the president, it is going to happen in order for the economy to get reset. It has to happen.
Orlando, Jacksonville, and Tampa are all in the top 3 with over 20% of our buyers - saying "FU at the closing table or within 72 hours of closing".
There are a lot of motivated sellers popping up on Zillow. WOW!
I almost forgot that on August 17th, a new National Realtor law goes into effect that will make it harder for buyers to purchase. YOU WILL NEED MORE MONEY. A lot more. Closing cost, Down payment, Realtors Fee, Moving Cost, Appraisal, and minor other BS that will come up.
Some realtors will become bartenders, car salesmen, and surfers. Y'all about to lose y'all jobs. Some of y'all anyway. Struggling ones will be out the door first. Buyers ain't finna pay that, I know I am not. I am petty - I rather get a realtor's license and do my own contract to buy a house or help my friends and NOT charge them. Yall can buy me dinner or send me some groceries from Walmart. 🤣
I remember in 2007, they said we are not going to have a recession but they were doing so much stupid stuff like now. We just have different stupid stuff now. I am not believing anyone working at a bank or lender that a downfall in lower home prices and recession is not coming. They want to keep your down payment and then get the house in 9-12 months when you can no longer pay. ( and sell it to me for $30.25 😜🤣😂 You were high on w**d and agreed to an ARM home loan and now that thang is off da chain 9 months later. Y'all better wake up!
My sadness is that more people will become homeless in 2025!
