Pay close attention to your Cash Burn Rate!

Your cash burn rate is defined as "the rate at which a new company is spending its venture capital to finance overhead before generating positive cash flow from operations." Basically, it is what you are spending.

Even if sales are great and profit is high, this is a number you always want to keep track of to make sure you aren't spending on unnecessary expenses.
