Many have lost homes, belongings, and a sense of security, and they urgently need our help to begin rebuilding their lives. If you’re able, please consider dropping off donations at our local office—items like nonperishable food, hygiene products, and other essentials can make an immediate difference. Every contribution, no matter the size, helps bring comfort and relief during this difficult time. If you can’t donate, sharing this message is another powerful way to help.

We’ve already received some wonderful donations and are so grateful! We look forward to seeing our incredible community continue to show up and support our farmers and their communities.

We are brokenhearted as our South Georgia farmers are facing devastating loss from the recent wildfires. Families in our farming communities are losing homes, livelihoods, and so much more—and they need our support.

As Farm Bureau, we stand with our local farmers and their communities. We are currently hosting a donation drive to help those affected.

📦 Donations will go directly to families, emergency personnel, and volunteers on the ground in South Georgia.

🕒 Drop-off times: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
📍 Location: Front office

If you feel led to give, any contribution makes a difference.

Most importantly, please also keep these families, first responders, and communities in your prayers—and join us in praying for rain to help bring these fires to an end.

Canned Food Drive! We are hosting a canned food drive for the families of CJ Hicks Elementary School October 7th through November 15th. We have a donation box set up in the lobby of our county office. Please feel free to drop off canned and non-perishable foods.

Hurricane Helene has devastated farmers in Georgia. Georgia Farm Bureau is partnering with the
Georgia Department of Agriculture along with other ag organizations across the state to launch a relief fund specifically for farmers affected by this storm.

Please consider making a donation. When crops are destroyed, we are all impacted. It is crucial that we support our farmers during these tough times to protect the future of our ag industry. Your contribution can make a significant difference in their recovery. Our agriculture industry is weathered. Let’s help keep it strong.
