5.0 star review received on Experience.com for Matthew Duran by Robert R - Matthew and Melissa were fantastic from the initial call to the final closing. I was previously turned down by a bank one week before closing on a sale, eventhough my credit was good and I had plenty of assets to back the loan. I was dejected. A friend who had just utilized Matthew and Melissa and Movement Mortgage recommended me to them. I explained to Matthew the previous problem with the bank application from the start, Matthew said they could make it happen and they did. WIthin the first 24 hours, things were happening. They explained the process and the schedule up front, and met it. The seller was happy too. Matthew and Melissa were communicative and supportive through the entire process. Documents were provided in a timely manner and were easy to understand. Any changes and a few minor alterations were explained with timely phone calls and e-mails. The on-line document transfer portal worked very well and was easy to use and understand. Matthew and Melissa worked hard with a focus to make this mortgage and resulting sale happen. I am very appreciative of their efforts, expertise and service. I will utilize them again on any future sale and will recommend them to any friends and residents in my HOA looking for a mortgage loan. Thank you!
