We are finding out that some Insurance Companies do not cover permissive drivers. For example- if you let someone borrow your car and they are not listed on your policy, if there is an accident it would not be covered. Please call us or your insurance company to clarify if permissive driving is on your policy.

*Greet customers and provide excellent in-person and phone service
*Take payments and issue receipts accurately
*Collect and update customer information and data in our system
*Assist with policy inquiries and general office support
*Handle customer questions professionally, both verbally and in writing

Qualifications:
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills
- Fluent in English; additional languages such as Spanish are a plus but not required
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with patience and empathy

Hours are Monday-Friday 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
