Like a lot of people, there have been times when I’ve paid way too much for insurance coverage that was complete crap. I’ve been railroaded into policies that I didn’t really like by relentless salespeople. I’ve been flat out lied to about my insurance coverage. And, I’ve had agents who sold me a policy and then treated me like a one-night stand, never returning my calls. You get the picture. So, back in 2013, I got myself an insurance agent that really looks at my situation, finds me the best coverage at the lowest price, and answers the phone when I call him. Yeah, I’m my insurance agent now (I don’t call myself on the phone; I just included that for effect). You know, it’s pretty easy to get an insurance license. So, there are a lot of agents out there who are really only in it for the money. I’ve dealt with them many times. And it makes me sick to my stomach.
