🚨 Your bank should never pressure you into sharing your personal information.
At 1NB, protecting you and your information is a priority. We will never call you and create a sense of urgency to get your card number, account number, or other sensitive personal information.
If you receive a call claiming to be from 1NB and the caller is asking unusual, overly personal, or out-of-the-ordinary questions, hang up. Don’t share your information, and don’t feel pressured to act quickly.
Instead, call us directly using a phone number you know and trust to verify the call.
Scammers are getting smarter, but a little caution goes a long way. When in doubt, hang up and call us!
