We’re looking for a motivated bilingual (English-Spanish) licensed insurance sales professional who enjoys selling, building relationships, and helping clients protect what matters most.
This is a true sales role for someone who wants to grow—not a passive account servicing position. We'll coach you and provide playbooks and tools as well as a large established customer base that provides cross selling and referral opportunities. For someone that wants to build their career - this is it.

*Maybe you already sell insurance. Maybe you’ve been successful in another sales role and moved into insurance more recently.

What You’ll Do
Sell personal lines and small commercial insurance solutions
Focus initially on personal lines while building capabilities in small commercial if needed
Quote, present, and close products including:
Auto
Homeowners
Renters
Condo
Flood
Umbrella
IF/When you're ready to sell Commercial: General Liability, Commercial Auto, Business Owner’s Policies (BOP), Other small business coverages as appropriate
Develop new business through:
outbound calls using agency-provided prospect lists
inbound lead follow-up
referral generation
cross-selling
Build relationships with both English-speaking and Spanish-speaking clients
Identify opportunities to round out household and small business accounts
Maintain organized pipeline activity and client records
Deliver excellent service that earns repeat business and referrals
What We’re Looking For
Required
Active Florida Property & Casualty Insurance license (4-40, 20-44, or 2-20)
Fluent in Spanish and English
Comfortable working with both English-speaking and Spanish-speaking clients
Strong sales instincts and follow-up discipline
Comfortable making outbound calls
Confident communicator
Organized and reliable
Comfortable learning new systems and quoting platforms if they help you achieve your goals
Strong Plus
Insurance sales experience
Personal lines experience
Small commercial experience
Independent agency experience
Prior success in sales roles (insurance, mortgage, auto, banking, retail sales, call center sales, etc.)
