Say hello to Heather, our commercial lines guru. While she may not sit in the Anthony or Haven office, she's just a hop, skip, and jump away and is always ready to assist with all your business insurance needs.

Heather has been with World 3 years and comes with 8 years of commercial lines experience.

Heather began her insurance career at the ground level and has worked her way up to her current role as Senior Account Manager and Local Service Manager. She strongly believes that while hard work isn't always easy; it ultimately pays off and provides valuable, lifelong lessons.

When she's not working, Heather enjoys quality time with her husband and son and is often on the sidelines of her son's sporting events. She also loves reading, fishing, hunting, or being back on her family farm to work cattle.

When asked what she loves most about her role, Heather said:
💬 “I truly enjoy mentoring others and building a strong, collaborative team. Providing excellent customer service is important to me, I take pride in helping clients find the right insurance for their farms and businesses. I also love that no two days are the same - there's always something new to learn and tackle."

Mary has been with World for 4 months and brings 10 years of prior insurance experience with her. Mary says that having worked with many people over the past several years contributes to the customer service she provides to clients now.

Mary enjoys crocheting, watching her daughter play softball for Friends University, and spending time with her daughters when she's not in the office.

When asked what she loves most about her role, Mary said:

Say hello to Melinda, one of the first friendly faces you’ll see when you walk into our Anthony office! 😊

Melinda has been with World for 8 months and brings 4 years of prior insurance experience with her. She shares that she’s been fortunate to learn from some incredibly knowledgeable individuals along the way, helping her grow in the “WORLD” of insurance.

When she’s not at the office, Melinda enjoys crafting, reading, cooking, and traveling. Most importantly, she cherishes time with her family—her husband, Matthew, and their five wonderful children. Even though they’re grown, they still love coming home to spend time together on the farm. ❤️

When asked what she loves most about her role, Melinda said:
💬 “I’ve always been a people person—that’s what I enjoy most about insurance. I get to help people.”
