Bank of America (Common Criminals) It's nice to know INDIA is handling my AMERICAN mortgage!!!!!!!!!!!! We would like to find other "bad faith" stories.

To anyone dealing with a mortgage loan modification, we feel your pain. 2 years for us, wish I got paid for the amount of time I've spent on the phone with them. We're in New Mexico and would like to get an idea of how many people are trying to deal with B of A regarding a mortgage modification that had been approved but not followed through with by the bank.
