On November 4th, 2024, our Website, Online Banking, and Mobile app will be unavailable from 7 AM until 3 PM. This downtime is due to our data processor moving our online services to a new, state-of-the-art data center.

This downtime will not affect our ATM or branch services. We will be open our normal hours 9 AM until 5 PM.

It has come to my attention that some of our members have reported receiving phone calls about fraud on their accounts, with requests for the expiration date on their debit cards. Please remember, WE WOULD NEVER DO THIS!

Our fraud detection team may reach out to you via text or phone call to confirm if a transaction is yours, but they will NEVER ask for your card's expiration date or the security code on the back.

If you get a call like this, please don’t share any personal information. If you feel unsure, just hang up and call the credit union directly at 585-589-5286.
