Today, our team filled out our United Way of Marshall County - Alabama pledge cards, and we couldn’t be more proud of what this picture represents.
As a new bank, we have the opportunity to establish the kind of culture we want to carry forward for years to come. From the very beginning, we have believed that being a part of our community means more than simply doing business here. It means showing up, giving back, and investing in the people and organizations that make Marshall County such a special place to call home.
We are especially proud to serve as a Pacesetter Company for this year’s United Way campaign. Being a Pacesetter gives us the opportunity to help set the tone for the campaign, but what means even more to us is that our entire team participated — 100% employee participation.
That is an accolade we hope to carry forward from the inception of our bank: a team that believes in giving back and a bank that believes community involvement isn’t an initiative — it’s part of who we are.
