To carry out business of Building & Construction, improve, maintain,develop, work, manage, supervise sites, alter or control any houses, buildings, grounds or woks which may seem calculated, directly or indirectly, to advance the company's interests & to contribute to subsidize or otherwise assist & take part in the construction, improvement, maintenance, development, working, management, carrying
out, alteration or control thereof. To purchase or acquire & to rebuild, alter, renovate, reconstruct any land or property of any tenure for the purpose of the manufacture, sale, lease, letting out, or ware housing of all or any of the goods aforesaid. To provide the finest highest-quality in construction management and design/build services to our valued clients, successfully performing various repairs, renovations, new construction and alteration facilities together with infrastructure. To purchase, procure machinery and equipment and undertake, execute, mortgage, hire out, carry out, dispose of, trade in or otherwise turn to account the same. To manage, improve, administer and to do all such other things the company may be contracted to do in any construction works and conveniences, whether public utilities or private undertakings. For the purpose of the objects herein stipulated, to import materials and technical inputs for construction, house interior design materials and any materials necessary to facilitate any construction works that the company may engage in for the purpose of bringing into effect this object. To procure or otherwise secure construction contracts or concessions as sole contractors, sub-contractors, trustees, joint venture partners or as commission agents.
