Every entity must manage 3P's to Business Success-People, Product,and Process

People: Who are the people involved in your SACCO?
Businesses cannot survive without physical people.Making sure that you have the right people with the right strengths doing the right jobs is very important to getting your SACCO through the tough times.
Processes: How are you deploying the resources to use in your SACCO?
If you don’t put effective processes in place for revenue generation, production, billing, accounting and member relationship management (CRM), SACCO overhead costs will increase without the expected corresponding returns.
Products: What are you uniquely offering the SACCO members?
If the SACCO does not have products or services that meet the needs of the members, it won’t be long before that SACCO is forced to close its doors.
