We extend our heartfelt gratitude to both the President and the Former President of the JOGINSA Alumnae Association for honouring us with their presence at our 1st AGM.

Their attendance was a strong reaffirmation of the Association’s unwavering commitment to the growth and success of the SACCO especially since the SACCO is a vision and brainchild of the Association. Your continued support reminds us of the power of unity and shared purpose.

We extend our sincere gratitude to Mr. Godfrey Mugenyi, the Makindye Division Commercial Officer, for honouring our invitation and joining us at the JOGINSA Alumnae SACCO AGM.

Your presence enriched our discussions and we deeply appreciate the practical guidance you shared especially on the importance of setting achievable targets and strengthening our internal participation and governance before seeking external support. Your insights have given us a clearer roadmap for sustainable growth and improved member engagement.

As mandated under his office, the Division Commercial Officer plays a critical role in guiding, supervising, and supporting community-based financial institutions such as SACCOs. His mandate includes:
1. Ensuring compliance with cooperative laws and regulations
2. Providing technical support and capacity building
3. Overseeing proper governance and accountability
4. Strengthening cooperative structures for long-term sustainability
