Head of Banking Supervision/Regulation: Monitors compliance with banking laws, AML (Anti-Money Laundering) supervision, and financial stability.
Head of Commercial/Business Banking: Provides loans, cash management, and financial products to businesses.
Head of Retail Banking: Oversees bank branch networks and consumer products.
Head of Corporate/Investment Banking: Manages relationships with business clients at the bank.
Head of compliance/Group Compliance: Counsel Mr Taremwa Sam.
Ensures the bank follows legal and regulatory requirements.
Head of Human Resources (HR) : Mrs. Namukasa Cynthia Stella.
Manages talent, employee services, and training at the bank.
Head of Treasury Management: Oversees cash management and fraud prevention.
Head of Monetary Policy/Market Operations: Mr. Omoding Ambrose.
Analyzes economics, manages foreign exchange reserves, and executes monetary policy.
4. Front-Line Management (Branch/Unit Level).
These staff manage the day-to-day operations and direct customer interactions.
Regional Manager: Oversees multiple bank branches in a specific area.
Branch Manager: Responsible for the overall performance of a single branch. This includes main branch Kingdom Hall, Bukoto branch, Gayaza branch and Luwero branch.
Assistant Branch Manager: Assists with daily, operational, and staff management.
Relationship Manager/Business Banking Specialist: Manages relationships with high-value clients and businesses.
Mortgage Loan Officer: Handles loan applications and processing.
Personal Banker/Customer Service Representative: Handles personal accounts and queries.
Teller Supervisor: Manages the teller line and cash vault.
Tellers: Processes daily transactions.
