MODE OF OPERATION OF NYCIF.
NYCIF, will mainly target the youth. Therefore it will be composed of 70% youth and 30% of other members of the community.
Individuals will subscribe to this arrangement a one time and non-refundable share contribution of either SHS. 150,000/, 250,000/, 300,000/ or 500,000/ which will match with different ongoing and future benefits accordingly.
This will be paid either at once or in 2 halves depending on one’s financial capability, after a 50,000/ registration fee payment.
After subscription, a member will be required to act as an ambassador of the project and bring more of his/her trusted friends to promote cohesiveness and build trustworthy among the members of the company; to raise numbers in the shortest period of time possible
We are targeting at least 6,000 members for the start since we look forward to creating over 8,000 job opportunities.
With contributions from the members and help from well-wishers and perhaps with the government support, we hope to invest the money collected as soon as possible. Our areas of focus investments and how business will be run there have been explained in the next sub headings.

FORMULA FOR MOBILIZING FINANCIAL CAPITAL;
Each member will subscribe SHS. 50,000= for registration fee.
Once one becomes a member, he/she will have to pay his/her share contribution which we have graded in the following criteria;
a) SHS.500,000/ Platinum Membership (PM)
b) SHS.300,000/ Gold Membership (GM)
c) SHS.250,000/ Silver Membership (SM)
d) SHS. 150,000/ Bronze Membership (BM)

We hope that there are corporates who may want to invest in NYCIF, or other business people wanting to put equity for their business.
We have created three more categories;
1. Honorary membership (HM); assisting NYCIF without expecting dividends. Honorary members are bodies like World Bank and people all over the world who have good will and can assist in providing funds for NYCIF to develop.
2. Corporate membership (CM); equity exceeding $ 30,000.
Corporate members are SACCOs and individuals who intend to invest in NYCIF as a means of diversifying their investments.
3. Supper corporate membership (SCM) ; Equity exceeding $ 60,000. Super corporate members are big time business groups such as telecom companies, etc which operate in Uganda and would like to invest in NYCIF mainly as a gesture of goodwill.
