A courtesy visit to Office by WCI Team.

Earlier today, we hosted the Executive Director and Coordinator of Concern and Ideas (WCI), a women-led Organization based in Bidibidi Zone 3, for a courtesy visit at the Sawa Network Office.

SAWA NETWORK, working closely with OPM, supports Refugee Led Organizations-RLOs and Women led groups in planning and running community-driven projects that address local priorities, promote ownership, and ensure sustainability.

We also encourage collaboration among RLOs to provide better and more connected services to the community.

We are excited to receive positive feedback from WCI on the new project funded by . Congratulations WCI.

Supporting Refugee-Led Initiatives, Building sustainable solution:

We're proud to highlight the work of our member organization, (WfA), as they continue to distribute fruit trees and vegetable seedlings to 300 beneficiaries across 10 villages of zone 4. This initiative is empowering communities to grow their own food and thrive.

Through their efforts, WfA is making a tangible impact on the lives of refugees and host communities. We're grateful for their dedication to creating positive change.

On Friday, Sawa Innovations Hub, hosted a successful learning visit for refugee-led initiatives, featuring Jeremy Ross, Janvier, and Simon Marot. Our advisory board and Refugee Welfare Council (RWC) representatives from the five Zones of Bidibidi settlement joined the discussion. Together, we explored localization, network strengthening, and collaborative efforts to build a national network of refugee-led organizations. This reaffirms our commitment to empowering refugee communities and amplifying their voices in decision-making processes.

Join us in this vital mission! Let's continue to support and elevate refugee-led initiatives by engaging with SAWA Innovations hub network and advocating for their needs. Together, we can make a meaningful impact!
