INTRODUCTION.
ALGETA and Dar es salaam Professional Services has organized Autocad civil 3D 2016 Training at Morogoro on April 14-18, 2016 for District Engineers in the Coast, Central and South of the ALGETA zones. The purpose of this course is to enable them on how to use the design facility. The trainees, with support of the DPS will be able to access the program software’s and trained on how to use them.
AutoCAD Civil 3D training is geared to provide learners with a solid grounding in the software so that they can immediately be productive when using the software by providing an overview of the key concepts and the software’s interface.
In order for candidates to make the most of the course they will need to have a working knowledge of AutoCAD and the various features and functionalities that the software has to offer.
Candidates will be directed and taught how the elements of this dynamic engineering program will work well together to discover the best methods for the creating, editing, and labeling of all civil engineering projects’ elements.
This hands-on AutoCAD Civil 3D 2016 training course will allow you to master the essentials required to pass the Civil 3D Certified Associate and Certified Professional exams.
COURSE OBJECTIVES
The Main objective of the course is to support District Engineers on how to use the program and make best design on their day to day activities. Again the District Engineers will be facilitated the available software’s including TCX, GOOGLE, Csi Bridge 2016,A360 Autodesk Storm & Sanitary Analysis, Autodesk Subassembly Composer for Autodesk Autocad 3D 2016, Autodesk Recap, Easy GPS, Global mapper, Qgis.

TRAINING MODAL
Based on real design, trainer to trainee actual based example, few lecture and harder working. One designed road will be selected taking preliminary data using GPS and use them for design. However actual site data will be taken using Total Station transfer data through Google earth and TCX to obtain CSV data which will be used by Autocad civil 3D.
RESULTS
Trainee will be able to design a 3d model including Road Alignment, Profile, Cross Sections, Cut and Fill Volume Estimate, Surfaces, Provide Design Report, Setting out Data, Mass Project Produactions.
