1. Nilikuwa na gari la gharama kubwa zaidi duniani katika karakana yangu lakini sasa inabidi nitumie kiti cha magurudumu.

6. Nimetoa saini za mamia ya watu lakini safari hii kumbukumbu za matibabu ni sahihi yangu.

7. Nimekuwa na vinyozi saba wa kurekebisha nywele zangu, lakini sasa - sina hata unywele mmoja kichwani mwangu.

8. Kwenye ndege ya kibinafsi, naweza kuruka popote, lakini sasa ninahitaji usaidizi wawili ili kutembea hadi lango la hospitali.

9. Ingawa kuna vyakula vingi, sasa mlo wangu ni vidonge viwili kwa siku na matone machache ya maji ya chumvi usiku.

10. Hii nyumba, gari hili, ndege hii, samani hii, benki hii, sifa na umaarufu kupita kiasi, hakuna hata kimoja chenye manufaa kwangu. Hakuna kati ya haya kitakachonipumzisha. "Hakuna kitu halisi isipokuwa kifo."

Mwisho wa siku, utajiri mkubwa zaidi kwenye maisha ya binadamu ni afya njema yake.

Ten (10) reasons why you never give up👇

1. As long as you are alive, anything is possible. The only valid excuse you have to give up is if you are dead. As long as you are alive (and healthy and free) you have the choice to keep trying until you finally succeed.

2. Be realistic. The chance of mastering something the first time you do it is almost non-existent. Everything takes time to learn and you will make mistakes. Learn from them.

3. Be Strong Like Oak

Believe me, you are stronger than you think. 1,2 or even 3 little failures are not enough to stop you from achieving your goals. Your goals are far greater than all of the doubts. Imagine a little oak tree. Did it stop growing every time it was facing harsh winds? NO. So why should you stop? You are alive, aren’t you? So you have no good reason to give up. Period.

Success will never be a big step in the future, success is a small step taken just now.

4. Prove yourself. You don’t want to be known as someone that is weak and gives up. Go out there and prove yourself to the world and to yourself. You CAN and WILL achieve what you set out to do. The only time you fail is when you give up.

5. Believe in your dreams. Don’t sell yourself short. In life there are going to be many people who will try to bring you down and tell you what you want to achieve is not possible.

6. Your family and friends. Let the people you love and who mean the world to you be your inspiration to persist and persevere. Maybe you need to try a different angle, study more or practice more but don’t give up!

7. There are people worse-off. Right now there are many people who are in a worse situation and environment than you are. Are you thinking about giving up running 5 miles a week? Think about the people who are unable to even walk and how much they would give to be able to run 5 miles every day.

8. You deserve to be happy. Don’t ever let anybody tell you otherwise. You deserve to be happy and you deserve to have success. Keep that mindset and never give up until you reach your destination!

9. Inspire others. Be an inspiration to others by refusing to give up. Who knows what someone else can achieve because you never gave up and in turn inspired them not to give up.

10. You are so close. Often when you feel like you want to give up you are so close to making a huge breakthrough. You are just a heartbeat away from success.

1. When someone answers your questions partially. Wait. Don't interrupt.

Chances are high that they will complete the answer when you say nothing

2. When you want to get something from someone, frame it as an offer/opportunity instead of a request.

Anyone will be ready to accept an offer/opportunity.

3. When you meet people, notice their eye color while you smile at them.

Don't mention anything about it. It's a good way to make sure that you really look them in the eyes.

4. A person's name is the sweetest sound in the world to that person.

To make a person feel very special, remember and repeat their name.

5. Have zero expectations when you are first trying something new, it prevents disappointment.

6. To judge a person's character, notice the way they treat people - who can't do anything for them.

7. After you state your position in a negotiation.

Wait for a while. If you continue to speak, you are not speaking in your favor.

8. Chewing gum while doing nerve-racking things calm your brain.

It somehow gets your brain to calm down.

9. When you are learning something, teach someone about it.

You will remember it easily and explore more in the process of teaching.

10. Most people's favorite subject to talk about is themselves.

If you don't know what to talk about, or have awkward silence, just ask them questions.

11. Emotional expression causes emotion.

If you force yourself to smile, your mood will actually improve.

12. Stand up straight. It makes you look more confident and you will actually feel more confident.

13. With kids, frame things in a way that always gives them a choice. It makes them feel like they are in control.

For eg., "Do you want to wear red shirt or blue shirt? "

Either way, they know it's time to put on a shirt.

14. When asking for favours use the world "because". No matter how simple the reason.

The word "because" makes them think it must be okay because there is a reason.
