TRAINING AND CONSULTANCIES

TAF offers tailor-made training and consultancies to suit specific organizations needs while strengthening their capacities.

This client-centered support focuses on two main areas:

Conducting training that is tailored to suit individual organizational needs
Interventions to help organizations solve specific problems or enhance needed capacities
The Training and Development Advisors who provide the services are high caliber professionals who also have “hands on” development experience. Some trainers are members or partners of TAF while others are specifically outsourced.

Past trainings have involved workshops and seminars in areas of strategic planning, good governance, and resource mobilization, lobbying and Advocacy, strategic marketing, micro finance product development, as well as tailor made courses for organizations needing specific areas of capacity building e.g. finance/budget procedures.

Mr Felix Chille has been working on Fundraising and Resource mobilization since 2007,He is also a specialist in lobbying and advocacy management, microfinance product development, entrepreneurship, marketing, business management and social research. Mr Chille does sometimes write articles in local newspaper on fundraising and resource mobilization. Mr Chille past working experience went as far as he has worked with various national and international organizations in terms of fundraising and Resource mobilization; Mr chille had worked with CARITAS, Swiss Disaster Relief(SDR), Bunda District Council, Tanzania Education Authority(TEA) on various social and Community development issues. A part from being a Consultant, he is currently employed as the Assistant Lecturer in Marketing studies at the College of Business Education.Mr Chille is the Chairperson and Founder member of the Tanzania Association of Fundraisers(TAF). Mr chille has participated as the strategist in many Fundraising events and Resource mobilization projects , to mention few Mr Chille organized and planned the joint project of provision of school facilities between TEA and SONGAS Ltd,TEA and Mwananchi Communications Ltd strategic alliance(Promoting of reading culture in Secondary schools), formation of various District and Regional Education Fund,KCB and TEA projects on provisions of school facilities, designing the resource mobilization strategy of SHIA,etc.
