Amazing, haven’t had clean clothes for what felt like two weeks and was really missing my laundry room at home but this place came so in handy! I put my clothes in the washer and was going to come do the rest myself but surprise rain delayed me and once i got there my clothes were dried and folded neatly in a bag for me, workers are super kind! This is a super practical business and unique for zanzibar. Most places don’t feel trustworthy but i love the layout of this place would definitely return if im ever in the area. Prices are reasonable as well!

When I was studying marketing, rule number one was/still is today, that the customer is always right.
Such rubbish.
As Richard Branson mentioned, the most important people in your business, are not your customers, but your staff.
So...
A customer dropped off some washing. Running back an hour later, because he left his hotel key in his shorts.
The staff gave him the key, and also handed him a 100US$ note he left in his shorts.
