Day 50/60 to first sip ⏳
I used to have milk chai + paratha + biscuits together. Everyday.
Then I learned: chai WITH food blocks iron, makes you acidic, and gives 3pm crash.

3 reasons I stopped:
1. Tannins in tea + calcium in milk = less iron absorbed from your food (big for women)
2. Milk tea + heavy food = bloating, gas, acidity
3. Sugar + milk + caffeine = 1 hour energy, then sleepy

Switched to kombucha WITH my food. Light fizz, no milk, no crash. Feels lighter.

I'm not saying never drink chai — I still love chai with my friends,Just not WITH my meal. 30 min gap.

Hibiscus is my favourite apart from all the good benefits like antioxidant protection,improving cholesterol levels,lowering blood pressure ,supporting liver health,regulates blood sugar....its also the color that I love ❤️
