Global Securities is looking for a team member with below mentioned qualifications who will be recruited as Sales Trader at ICM Department in the HQ İstanbul
Qualifications:
• 3-5 years work experience in institutional sales as sales /trader role
• Undergraduate degree (Graduate degree is preferred)
• Extensive experience working in the financial industry
• Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated team orientation and collaboration
• Fluency in English
• High degree of initiative, result orientation and entrepreuneurial attitude
• Proven success in building longterm client relationships
• Excellent Communication and presentation skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Proven ability and interest in navigating a large investment organization to devise thoughtful investment strategies for clients and prospects
• An established client portfolio is a plus
• Ability to work with research analysts
• CMB Advance level Certificate is required
• Ability to build the trust and confidence of colleagues working within a team-centric environment
• Male candidates must have completed their military service
Job Definition:
• Manage existing institutional client base and develop business opportunities to new institutional clients in Europe and US
• Look for creative way to grow market share and ability to market equity products to institutional clients
• Provide full account coverage service including trading and ex*****on
• Have proven success in prospecting new clients and building a book of business
• Maintain regular dialogue with existing clients to review their investments while continually seeking cross-sell opportunities
